Semax

Semax is a synthetic peptide developed in Russia with reported neuroprotective and cognitive-enhancing properties. It is derived from a fragment of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH 4–10), modified to increase stability and biological activity.

Semax is a short peptide (Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro) designed to influence brain function without producing the hormonal effects normally associated with ACTH.
